Extended Hours
In line with the government's initiative to make GP services more accessible, this practice is participating in the 'Extended Hours Directed Enhanced Service'. We now provide booked appointments from 7.00 - 8.00am plus 6.30 - 7.00pm on Mondays and from 7.00 - 8.00am on Thursdays. Please note that these appointments are pre-booked only and other services may not be available during these times.
Weekend and Night Cover
The practice is covered out of hours by the KCW GP Co-op who are based at St Charles Hospital, Exmoor Street, London W10 6DZ. To contact them please call the surgery main telephone number on 020 7602 3797 and you will be provided with details on how to contact them.

These excellent facilities provide readily available non-emergency assistance. The two closest to the Sterndale Surgery are:
